Richard has led major employer brand projects in China and across the world for many leading global companies including Alibaba, Coca-Cola, Disney, EY, HSBC, Huawei, Loreal, McKinsey, Unilever and the United Nations.
Richard wrote the first book to be published on the subject: ‘The Employer Brand’ (2005), followed by ‘Employer Brand Management’ (2014), and ‘Employer Branding for Dummies’ (2017). He also published the first book on employer branding in China in 2017, and is currently working on a follow-up featuring case studies from China and around the world.
